We want you to love every AR Universal purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Our 14-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Thongs and G-strings (unless faulty)
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
How to Return
- Email us at info@aruniversal.store with your order number and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
- We’ll send you return instructions and a return address.
- Pack your item securely and send it back using a tracked service (we recommend keeping your proof of postage).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@aruniversal.store with photos. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or colour where stock is available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before returning your item.
