Free Delivery on Every Order

At AR Universal, we believe great lingerie should come to your door for free. We offer completely free delivery on all UK orders with no minimum spend required.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GMT), excluding UK public holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Estimated UK Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary slightly during peak periods, bank holidays, or due to carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time via our Order Tracking page.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. AR Universal cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@aruniversal.store.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, due to an incorrect address or the parcel not being collected), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage charges may apply in this case.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping options may be added in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be notified.
